We ship across all serviceable pin codes in India.

2. Dispatch Time

  • Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days

  • Orders may take longer during peak periods or due to stock issues

If there is a significant delay, our support team will notify you.

3. Delivery Timeline

After dispatch, delivery usually takes:

  • Metros: 3–5 days

  • Tier 2 cities: 4–7 days

  • Remote areas: 6–10 days

Delivery timelines depend on courier partners and are estimates, not guarantees.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping may be free above a cart value threshold

  • Otherwise, shipping charges will be shown at checkout

5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking number

  • Tracking link via SMS/email

6. Wrong Address or Unreachable

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Unreachable phone number

  • Customer refusal

Reshipping charges may apply.

7. Damage During Transit

If a product arrives damaged:

  • Record a video while unboxing

  • Share it with us within 24–48 hours at support@roadle.in

Without video proof, claims cannot be processed.
