Welcome to Roadle (“Roadle”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern all users (“you”, “customer”) who access or use our website – www.roadle.in – or purchase products from our marketplace.

By using our Platform, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform.

1. Marketplace Nature of Business

Roadle is a marketplace offering helmets, riding gear, and accessories. Products listed on the Platform may be:

  • Sold directly by Roadle, OR

  • Fulfilled through verified partners and distributors.

We ensure only authentic, quality-certified products are listed.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use the Platform or make purchases.

3. Account Registration

When creating an account:

  • You must provide accurate and updated information

  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login details

  • Any activity under your account is your responsibility

We reserve the right to deactivate or suspend accounts for misuse or suspicious activity.

4. Product Information

We attempt to ensure:

  • Updated stock availability

However, there may be occasional typographical errors, stock mismatches, or inaccurate details.
We reserve the right to correct such errors and cancel orders if needed.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • We do not store card or banking details

Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

6. Order Acceptance

Roadle is not responsible for:

  • Accidents, injuries, or implications of riding with any purchased gear

  • Delays caused by courier partners

  • Consequential or indirect damages

Your use of riding gear is at your own discretion and responsibility.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian laws, with jurisdiction in Pune, Maharashtra.
