We offer fast and reliable shipping for all our riding gears and accessories. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via standard delivery, which typically takes 3-7 business days.

No unboxing video, no return/exchange. You must film continuously starting before the sealed parcel is opened, showing labels, all sides of the parcel, the seal being cut, the product/accessories/invoice, and the actual fault close-up.

Return Windows

• Damaged/faulty/wrong item: report within 12–48 hours of delivery (12 hours ideal)
• Change of mind: raise a request within 5 calendar days of delivery
• Ship it back: within 5–8 days after approval
• Hidden defects: covered anytime under manufacturer warranty / consumer law

Condition Required

Unused, unworn, unwashed, uninstalled — original tags, seals, brand box, accessories, manuals, and invoice all intact.

Category-Specific Rules

• Helmets: must be completely unused, seals/tags intact, never worn outdoors
• Apparel (jackets/pants/gloves/boots): unused, tags on, no odor/wear
• Electronics/intercoms: must be factory-sealed/unopened for change-of-mind; once opened, only faulty returns accepted

• Luggage/crash guards: unused, uninstalled, hardware complete

Not Returnable (change of mind)

Used/worn items, opened electronics, mounted accessories, opened hygiene layers, consumables (oils/lubes), customized items, clearance/sale/offer items, and gift cards. (Genuine faults are always still covered, even on these.)
